You will be responsible for:
- building and maintaining reliable and stable relationships with existing and new clients;
- Account Management: understanding the clients’ needs and helping them find the best solutions for their expectations;
- daily communication with and support for the clients to ensure their happiness;
- effectively managing your Accounts’ budgets and establishing KPIs;
- managing a pipeline of opportunities and initiating sales activities.
We expect you to have:
- professional experience in Account Management from IT/tech sector;
- excellent communication skills in English and Estonian, written and verbal;
- great time management skills and ability to plan and meet deadlines;
- solution-minded and result-oriented;
- excellent analytical skills and systematic way of thinking;
- ability to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
